JULY IS SENIOR PET MONTH!

As pets age they become less mobile, their sight and hearing deteriorate, they can become more anxious and they are more prone to various diseases. It is important that senior pets have regular health checks to help keep them happy and healthy and allow early detection of any health issues. The age at which dogs are considered seniors can be as early as 6 years for giant breeds and around 10 years for small breeds. Cats are considered seniors at around 11 years of age.
